Thank you for shopping with Creative Brush Works. We take great care in packaging your order to ensure it arrives safely.
Processing Time All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Original paintings may require additional packaging time of up to 7 business days. You will receive a notification once your order has been dispatched.
Domestic Shipping (Singapore)
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
International Shipping
- Available to selected countries
- Estimated delivery: 7-21 business days depending on destination
- International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance
- Please note that shipment tracking may not be available for all destinations
Damaged or Lost Parcels If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@creativebrushworks.net with your order number and photos of the damage. For lost parcels, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier.
