Thank you for shopping with Creative Brush Works. As an independent art business, we take great care in preparing and packaging every order. Please read our policy carefully before purchasing.
Original Paintings All original painting sales are final. Due to the one-of-a-kind nature of original artworks, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Canvas Prints, Mugs & Greeting Cards We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@creativebrushworks.net with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged/defective item
- A photo of the packaging
We will arrange a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Non-Returnable Items

- Greeting cards
- Sale or discounted items
Shipping Costs Return shipping costs (where applicable) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is damaged or defective.
